Is it possible to lookup a constituent by telephone?

 I am not sure what you mean -do you mean when you're searching for constituents?  If you do, then you can't I'm afraid.

You can set up a query with criteria that says

Phone Number Contains ...

 And then look for each record that way.  I have one linked to my homepage so that I can find people via their e-mail address.

It is not part of the general search screen, but if you don't mind that too much it works well.

If you look at knowledgebase BB275366, there is a way of doing it (see point 4). However, it's probably easiest to just look up using a query.
