Data transfer from Harris Directory

    Harris Directory is helping us with a new Alumni Directory (hard copy).  Our data is available and ready for transfer from a site called Data on Demand, which I find very confusing.  Has anyone had any experience with this?  The last time (2001) we used Harris I received an excel file which I was able to import into RE and it all seemed very straight forward. 

    This time I am totally lost.  I would appreciate any help I can get.

     Hi, I too just got a link to this data on demand thingy from Harris, when all I want is a spreadsheet of the data with the right import IDs lined up for the addresses, phones, etc.  Did you find out anything more on this?
