How can we send pledge reminders to couples on our list who wish to be together on our mailing list for newsletters, etc, but who need to keep their giving records separate?

Select one record (I select the head of household record...usually the husband record) and add a new ADDRESSE/SALUTATION TYPE = "Pledge Reminder Addressee" and/or "Pledge Reminder Salutation" and then add the new couple addressee and the new couple salutation, and then in your query to pull your mail list, have the query pull that new addressee/salutation type first, and then if blank grab the preferred addressee/salutation.  If you would like more information or more detail, contact me at (518) 453-8453.  Patti Conroy, Director of Development Operations, Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, New York.
