How to enter Lower School Courses

We are just starting to use EE and FAweb for our lower school classes.  Should I enter the course as 1 academic class or separate courses (not sure how to enter just 1 academic class)?  I was told that either way would work for the teachers entering grades on FAWeb.  Which way is easier for Registrar's Office and LS teachers, also for parents to view on Netclassroom?  I am new at this so any information is helpful.

We enter each course by grade, and then create seperate sections.

I think it depends on what is needed on your report card. If you like your previously used report card, use it and work backward to see what you need to do in EE to recreate it.
