I have read the other forum thread on babysitters and understand it's up to the organization's membership policies.  What I'd like to discuss is the nuts and bolts of adding the babysitter as a relationship record of the constituent, and adding the babysitter as a joint member and/or a card holder within the membership record.  And more importantly, how this all goes down at the reception desk/front gate when an associate interacts with the babysitter when using the membership scanning module with and without the membership card.  If you could, please share your experiences using joint members, card holders, membership scanning module, defining a new query for the search using a query in the membership search window.
