The Sr. Development Reporting Officer performs a variety of complex database management extract, transform, and load processes where the results generate a wide variety of reports (finance, research, marketing, and analytical information), requested by CHB Trust officers and senior management.  Collaborates with officers and senior managers to refine information requests, identifies data source systems, defines key performance indicators, maps decision making processes, designs data marts (complex information tables); creates custom OLAP cubes (On Line Analytical Processing tools), and executes the technical solutions that abstract database information per user specifications.  Responsible for training Trust employees on the definition and utilization of business rules used to manage information in the Trust databases (i.e. Raiser’s EdgeTM, Information EdgeTM). Develops and maintains user training plans and upkeeps gift processing procedures. Collaborates with Trust Operations regarding database information integrity activities, as well as, the development and implementation of standardized reporting and exporting procedures for the Trust.
