During this last holiday season we have received a lot of calls from donors reporting they were getting a lot of errors when trying to donate or register for events online: The errors were related to their credit card not being accepted for one reason or another mostly related to address issues.

 Specifically the largest error code being generated was REJ 43 which has to do with the zip code. We do have the zip code and security code options set.

These  options were set back in August so this is the first year we have had them set up and compared to last year its a 100% spike in issues.

 How many are experiencing this problem?

 Do you think it is the card processing system Blackbaud is using? IATS Ticketmaster.

 Does anyone have any experience from other card processing systems that can give a comparison?

 For reference we are a Hosted system using RE Enterprise with the latest BBNC integration.
