Hi all,
I've been asked to produce a custom report for a fundraising team that includes prospect name, last action on record, next action(s) on the record, general prospect data fields (on Prosect tab) and proposal data fields (also on Prospect tab).
After some research it seems it is not possible to base the report on an Action Query/Export (BB512252), but the results I'm getting when I base the report on a constituent export seem to duplicate when there is more than one future action (I'm not great with Crystal so this could well be a report design issue!).
Without going into the specifics of what the layout and fields are in my query/export/crystal report, I was wondering if anyone has had to write a similar report and whether they would mind sharing some ideas about the best layout and way to achieve the export?

Use sub-reports: one for completed actions and one for incomplete actions. Put the action info in the report header. It will pull the first action, so you'll need to sort the actions so that the appropriate action is first.
