I'm trying to get some statistics on our pledge activity.  Specifically, we want to know, of individual pledges to 3 specific appeals over the last three years, the number and percentages of pledges paid off on-time or paid off early.  I've been "playing" with the Pledge Status report hopeing for some results I could then manipulate via output and regular queries, but so far, no luck.  Any thoughts??

Hi, Jeanne. It requires a bit more manual work, but I'd recommend going through the steps in BB373953: How to report on the total number and percentage of pledges paid off early or on time for a particular appeal.

For your objective (3 appeals in the last three years), you can just modify the query criteria in step 2 as follows:

Gift Information, Gift Type equals Pledge
AND Gift Information, Pledge Balance equals 0
AND Gift Information, Gift Date between [1/1/06-12/31/08]  (or whatever the appropriate date range is)
AND Appeals, Appeal ID one of [the three appeals]
