Query to Pull Pledges that have installments due

    Query to Pull Pledges that have installments due

    I need to pull everyone that has a pledge payment due and I want to also pull the total amount of their pledge, what they still owe on it, and how much is due right now. Does anyone else run queries or reports like this? Would you mind sharing how you do it? I can't quite get all the informaiton I need when I try to run it.

    I want to pull all this information and then use mail merge to export it into a pledge reminder letter.

    I pull this info through MAIL >> REMINDERS.  For reminder type I choose Create Custom Data File.  Under field to include, I can get pledge amount, pledge balance, payment due....  Option to filter by fund/campaign etc

    You can export the data, check the box to create a query output or merge it to your document.  When you're setting it up, just click 'no' for adding reminder to donor's record and you can fine tune it as many times as needed.

    I think it will get you the info you're looking for.
