    AddressFinder and new Postal Requirements

We conduct NCOA updates on a roughly quarterly basis.  As a result of the new postal regulations, our mail house needs some form of documentation to prove that we have updated our addresses.  I cannot find anything appropriate to provide them.  Does anyone have any ideas on this?  Thanks.

We are in the process of sending out a mailing via our usual mail house.  The mail house contacted us regarding paperwork also.  We had to fax them PO Form 6014.  This seemed to take care of it.  I don't know if it is the same with you but that is all the mail house required of us.  (Of course we had just run our data through NCOA so we are current.)

Whomever is conducting your NCOA should be providing you with reports,  When you do it through Blackbaud's AddressFinder you get both a CASS report and an NCOA report.
