The subject line says it all really. We cannot upload media files into student records if the user does not have administrator rights on the machine. SIS actually locks up at the stage where you navigate to the file and select it. An admin user would then see a preview of the file, but a non-admin user just gets a locked up application.

It would seem to be a permissions problem but I cannot track it down!
