Do anyone know how to query on Package IDs if you are doing a mailing? I want to do a query which shows how many people have been solicited to a specific package. On the query show how many constituents gave to a specific package and the total amount given per package?

Hi, Ryan. On the Criteria tab of the query, you can select Assigned Appeals, Packages, Package Description equals [the package ID] to find constituents with a specific package on an assigned appeal. (Check out the last part of BB153266.) To report on the total amount given per package, you could use the query in a constituent export (and filter the Total Gift Amount field by a gift query of gifts to that package) or run the Appeal Performance Analysis report (BB310556). On the Format tab of the report, highlight Detail and include package information. Hope this helps!

Another helpful tool is a homepage panel named Appeal Package Response.  This breaks out the number solicited, number of gifts, and number of donors by package for the selected Appeal(s).
