I am completely new to Blackbaud - and am attempting to work with our visual chart organizer. Is there a way to "suppress totals" within categories? For example our income statement is broken down into various categories - but we don't total these categories - we like just one main total for our support and revenues. I haven't figured out how to not show totals within categories - any hints?

You can set up multiple charts to be used for reporting. I think what you are looking for is to create one line (entry) for all income and one line for Expenses. This will give you a sub- total only on the total group. Let me know if you ned more information.
