We are still in the middle of conversion from Datatel to Raiser's Edge and I am building the reports that we will need once we 'go-live'.  I have built a crystal report for someone else in our office and I need to share it with her.  She does not have crystal reports nor does she have the custom report option under the report section of RE.  She will need to run this report monthly after conversion, and I do not know how to share this report with her so she can access it whenever she needs to.  Can anyone let me know the best way for her to access this report?

Kelly - Your best option would be to have her security rights in Raiser's Edge modified to allow her to be able to utilize Custom Reports.  (Administration > Security> Security group in which she is a member) You can restrict her to just Custom Reports if you like and she will still be able to run the report.  If you are concerned with her manipulating the Crystal Report, she can only manipulates the parameters that you have established in the report, but not in the original report, just as filter option.  I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you need additional information.  I would be happy to provide more details.
