We have just converted to Educaton Edge and have now merged with the business office. Through this process it has come to my attention that there are many applicants as well as individuals who are "old" propects in the database. How do other schools handle prospect records that are not longer viable? Right now I am deleting the Individual and Applicant one by one. Any advice?

You could always use the current status fields on the records to your advantage. You could create a status of "inactive" and exlude this status from all reports and processes. By doing this, you would'nt lose the contact information and you could still reach out to the student in the future if the oppurtunity presents itself.
