    User options

    When ever I try to use User Options I get an error message that reads:

    An error occurred during the loading of the options form.

    I am the only that gets this message.

    Hey Cindy, I found a similar error in knowledgebase (BB144538) that suggests recreating the user name. Hope that helps!
