We are researching the best way to integrate our website with Raiser's Edge and are of course looking into NetSolutions. I am looking for constructive feedback about how user-friendly the module is, how useful and if it is recommended.

User friendly depends on which user you are talking about.

• It is most user friendly to the gift entry folk because downloading gifts is a breeze.  I love it from my end and prey to god no one ever takes it away from me.
• It is generally user friendly to the donors although there are multiple steps to entering a gift.  A regular gift takes 2 pages - an event gift takes 4 pages a donor has to flip through with continue buttons and it can feel cumbersome to a donor
• It is least user friendly to those designing your web page as the look of it is not very customizeable and is not easy to get to match the look and feel of the rest of your website (for a seamless look to a web visitor)
