    I am in the process of developing different request forms (import, export, query, reports, mail letter, email blast, Add/update/delete records) to organize work flow better , prioritize requests, and more closely follow up with Information System staff on different request Please let me know how do you do it in your organizatio0n and what would be the best way/practice to implement such kind of process.Thank you in advance for the help

    Ali - You might try the Client Document portion of this forum.  There are some good RE examples for different types of requests (e.g. mailing, information pull, etc.).
