One organization address change that I made recently shows properly in a query, in export, but not on a label when I use the query in Mail. Any ideas on why this might happen? I've used an old mail label and created a new one also, it still shows up with the old address. The org. record has all the address info correct also.
I suggest you carefully go through the record and through your mail options in labels. Databases give you what you ask for... sometimes you just dont ask the right question.
When mailing to an organization are you sending it to a contact or to the organization (In Labels it is under tab 6 organizations). If mailing to a contact, RE is pulling the address from that contact record not from the org address. Be sure all of your contacts have the same address as the organization (ideally they should be linked so when you update one you get the option to update them all).
