    Just wondering ... how do others calculate their donation grid when sending direct mail solicitations? For example if the donor increased their gift when last solicited do you then increase the donation grid amount again on the next solicitation? Thanks, Ann

    Our gift array on reply slips for all Current donors is always at a slightly larger amount than their largest gift to us. for Lapsed donors the gift array starts at the amount of their largest gift.
