Hi all,
A user has recently noticed that some constituent notes are having problems being opened. The error reads "Out of Memory". I think I read somewhere that this error was caused by the upgrade from RE 6 to 7. is this correct? Can anyone confirm this?

I had this type of error once quite some time ago. Ours was actually a space on server issue - not related to RE. The knowledge base has a variety of possible solutions if you type in "error" and your message. Several things to look at: one workstation? System wide? Etc.

If the error occurs only on one workstation, you may want to try the steps in BB178034 (similar issue). Hope that helps!
