Being in Florida our organization has many constituents with two (seasonal) addresses. I have the seasonal dates set-up, etc. in RE. How do others manage this obstacle relating to the postal regs for the folks with seasonal addresses? When I know I want the mailing to go to the southern address and yet when the mail house runs the list through NCOA and the list comes back showing the northern address. Your input would be appreciated. Thanks.

It doesn't sound like something that can be solved on a Raiser's Edge software level so much as a "telling the mail house what to do" level.
You could send them a list of addresses to be run with NCOA and a second list of addresses that you want them to use regardless of NCOA information. Or you could ask them to run the combined list and send back the corrections-list but
for a particular set (marked in your list as seasonal = true) to mail while ignoring NCOA. You might well have to pay first class postage rates to be able to mail to addresses without NCOA corrections.
