I just saw your message and do not know if you have already accomplished this. When I do propspecting the campaign, fund and appeal codes are always different from the codes used in house appeals. Once you build a logic table for codes it will be easier every time you do an appeal, be it house or prospect. Then when you do your reports you can base it on any or all of the codes. One thing you can do is give each fund and appeal code a letter in the beginning starting with a H or P (depending on house or prospect). then from there use letters or numbers to easily identify your appeal.
