Does anyone know how (steps) on how to import an excel file (.csv) into Raiser's Edge?

Unfortunately there is no one answer to this question.  There is no one set of steps to follow - it depends on what you are importing, gifts, gifts with linked events, gifts with soft credits, constituents, constituents with spouses, constituents with multiple addresses, constituents with multiple phone numbers, and the list goes on.

I suggest you look a bit more into past postings about importing, read the import guide, try some simple imports with practice data, then give your import a try.
