We have been operating on Standing Order for many years now with a regular giving base of around 16.000 donors. This works fantastic we have an automatic download of all gifts direct into RE with very few exceptions. But now it is time we move onto use DD this will expand our ability to sign up donors online and also make it easy to control the DD.

The trouble is we are clueless how this works in RE, the banking rules and regs are all in hand with the finance team we just need to get to grips with actual "how to" from a users end, not sure if it is like the Standing Order system.

Any help with this from current UK users would be very much appreciated or if anyone is willing to chat over the phone and offer advice or any kind would be fantastic.
