Summa Health System, one of the largest organized healthcare organizations in Ohio, currently has two full time positions open within Summa Foundation for those with expertise in Raiser’s Edge. Both positions report to the Manager, Operations and Support Services. These are nice opportunities for a candidate who desires to work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment and who possesses strong knowledge of Raiser’s Edge architecture and capabilities. FOUNDATION SPECIALIST: The successful candidate will perform daily duties to include but not limited to: internal gift processing functions (e.g., batch, reports, related queries and exports); preparation and depositing of daily gifts; processing of credit card donations; daily reporting to Finance; internal daily gift report; monthly internal and external reporting; interface with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate allocation of payroll deduction gifts; maintain pledge reminder and pledge billing system; prepare and produce acknowledgement letters and other correspondence.
FOUNDATION DATA ANALYST: Performs various duties related to the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the Foundation database, including creation and maintenance of mailing lists, data management and donor communications. Ability to understand database relational functionality, create queries and reports, modify table designs, modify and create table relationships, enter accurate data. Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently to work to deadlines, and maintain poise and flexibility when faced with change.
