    We are trying to "self-learn" how to use the new workflow and roles functionality in NC 5.5.  Does anyone know of any tutorial material or webinars that cover this?

    I'm actually looking for the same thing. I did call Blackbaud support and inquire about webinars highlighting new features in new versions. They said webinars is something they hope to add in the future.

    Thanks for that information, Matt.  I appreciate it.  Kind of frustrating that they roll out an update with serious new functionality and don't guide you on how to use it.

    Be sure to check the Website Design Guide under User Guides in the Support section of BB.com. There is a section on Approvals/Workflows.
