Most of our donations are via phone or mail at this time and we would like to look at what other clients thoughts are on the cost of doing credit card (IATS) transactions and event registrations via NetSolutions/NetEvents.   

I would like to request the pros and cons of using NetSolutions & NetEvents for the following items:

What is the monetary % savings of using the event registration online?

Did you see an increase in online giving as a result of using these services?  If so, can you estimate increase?

Have your annual giving and/or major gifts contributions increased as a result of these services?

How do you process credit card donations that are not transacted online?

Do donors use the services to update their records?  If so, what percent?
