I am looking to share a room (and the cost) at the Embassy for the Charleston Conference.  I have one already reserved but still want a female non-smoking roommate. 

The embassy is the hotel attached to the conference center so it is very convenient and has a better breakfast. 

If you already reserved a room somewhere else you can check your cancellation policy but likely have plenty of time to cancel your room.
