I never thought of using a Business Rules for Batch entry. Can you give me examples of what you use it for?
Thanks,
Margaret
A query of total giving = 0 can give you a popup that the donor has never made a gift before and you may want to use a new donor letter code (if you have one)
A query on prospect classification can give you a popup that a donor has a certain classification and should get a certain letter code to be signed by the President and CEO.
A query on all current board members can give you a popup to remind you to send an email to the Board Chair who would like to call to thank board members when they make gifts.
A query on has no valid address can prompt the DE person to update the address on the record.
There are many, many uses.

We have one for "Special Handling Instructions" based on a constituent attribute.
