Summary for gift query - Need ASAP

    Hi,

I am using summary for gift in a query to find all constituents who gave $5,000 or more in the last 10 years.  Plus they have to have given to certain funds.  I am using the OR in between date ranges for each, but I still seem to be getting constituents who never gave anything.  All of the others seem fine; they have given $5000 or more.  What might I be doing incorrectly?

    Thanks for your help!

     Hi Terryl,

I'm a bit confused by you saying you are using OR in between date ranges for each. I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do there. However, from what I can tell from your description, here is how I would set up the total gift summary:

Criteria tab: Greater than or equal to $5000

Filters tab: Gift date: greater than or equal to 9/1/1998; Gift type: one of  cash, pay-cash, MG pay-cash, recurring gift pay cash (you can include whatever gift types you'd like to see); Fund: description one of (whatever funds you want to pull)

This should work. Hope it helps.

    Sheryl
