Since July, we’ve been hard at work on our Knowledgebase replacement project. We're really excited about this project and finally nearing the end of the testing process. We still don’t know when the new system will be ready for us to invite customers to preview it; we’re hoping it’ll be soon!

Knowledgebase Home:
- Reach Knowledgebase from the Support menu
- Simply type your question or solution number (if you know it) in the text box and click Ask. The database searches for solutions that meet your search criteria (whether you entered key words or a phrase) that pertain to your organization's products.
- No more frames or lengthy product list
- Our website's drop-down menus display and the Back browser button works

Knowledgebase Search Results:
- Highlighted excerpts of solutions applicable to your search results display, like in Google

Knowledgebase Solution:
- Text is easy to read (and easier for us to write)
- You can email, print, or subscribe to a solution to be notified automatically if it's updated
