Check out Shaun Sullivan, Blackbaud's Chief Technology Officer, as he shows off some of the amazing integration between Blackbaud NetCommunity, Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, and Kintera Sphere. Shaun's screencast is pretty high on the geek-meter, but does a great job showing how the powerful APIs of these products make integration possible.
