Hi everyone, I'm Kelly Grant and I'd like to welcome you to The Prospector blog! I am very excited to introduce this new blog to you and I hope that you are as excited as we are to exchange ideas with your peers in this online community.
Please let me introduce myself. I am a Product Support Lead (product specialist) with Blackbaud, working specifically with the Target Analytics division. I began working with Blackbaud as a support analyst for The Raiser's Edge, and transitioned to the analytics team soon after. During this time, I have worked with many non-profit organizations to better understand their needs/challenges and goals, in both fundraising tools/solutions, and in a business partner. I have probably spoken to many of you when you've called in to Support, and I hope that we can continue that relationship here on the Blog.
Because I have worked with The Raiser's Edge, The Researcher's Edge, and ResearchPoint, I have great ideas and feedback for using our solutions. However, Target Analytics has a team of fundraising and prospect research consultants that bring such a "wealth" of knowledge to the table. They will make appearances on the Blog to talk to you about current industry practices and answer the questions that you post.
