About The Translator
This is the personal blog of Robert McAllen, Program Manager for Blackbaud Europe. In this role, he helps determine new product offering potential and works as a liaison between Blackbaud’s products team and the European marketplace. He has worked with The Raiser’s Edge in a variety of roles for the past nine years and has first-hand experience with implementing, delivering and supporting the solution. He was also previously principal consultant in the UK for The Information Edge ™ and Blackbaud ® NetCommunity ™ Mr. McAllen is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, where he earned an honours degree in Marketing and Communications.
