Each user should have his own login so it is easy to tell who did what, and the user should keep his password secure so no one else can log in as him. Locking one's computer when one steps away is also a good idea...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you leave a field blank in an import file, and it will not override any values that may be in that field, but will leave them alone. If you want a value to be explicitly blanked out, then put in a &amp;quot;magic&amp;quot; value, such as 1/2/71 for a date. After the import has been completed, then use global change in Database Administration to delete this value.&lt;/p&gt;
