It's going to force us over at Blackbus to be on top of our game when it comes to innovation and new ideas. With limited resources you guys can do things like the Idea Bank much better than we can, as well you should.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The client is clearly the beneficiary of all these people trying new things and being permitted to do so by management. That can't be overstated.&lt;/p&gt;
